Made of high-quality stainless acid-resistant W4 steel (AISI 304), which allows it to be used in aggressive working environments, at high pressures and temperatures; W4 steel also has antiferromagnetic properties, meaning it has a low level of magnetization. Worm-drive clamps provide a reliable leak-tight joint, evenly distributing pressure over the entire contact surface. The shape of the clamp with outward-bent band edges prevents damage to the hose.
